Yesterday I talked about problems that can touch directly us. Today problem is little bit more problem of inner high management. Well diversity problems are everywhere but in large company like Facebook it is way more obvious. Once your ratio of employees attacks 60 percent of pale people you can expect storm of angry. And on the other hand there is only two percent of Afro-American people. So Facebook is under a lot of pressure. But frankly I do not understand why. When you look on the people who uses Facebook you find similar numbers. Of course there are not such extremes but number of Afro-Americans who uses Facebook is not especially high.
